In this animation we explain how we process your order.

Currently you can use Pay-me or Paypal gateways to make your secure payments using your Credit Cards or Paypal accounts. Specimens ordered to Sachawild™ are reserved as soon as your payment is received and processed.

Online payments are possible for orders less than $2,000.00. If your order is above, you need to contact us to sales@sachawild.com in order to coordinate the Bank Transfer option.

A useful tool to help make your collection complete is our Loved Items function, whith this tool you could "save" your prefered insects when surfing our e-shop and then you can manage this wishlist via your account page. Additionally when you are looking for specimens that are currently not in stock, you can place those items on your Wishlist.

As soon as they are back in stock you will receive a message from us with. This way you are assured that you are immediately informed when your wanted items are back in stock.

View the status of your order

On your Sachawild account page you can view the actual status of your order. An order can go through many stages before it is complete and ready to send to you then you could view the status until it is delivered to you.

View your order history

On your account page you can view a clear picture of all items ordered previously.

Save billing and shipping address details for following orders

On your Sachawild account page you can manage your billing and shipping addresses. You can save these details so that your billing and shipping information is automatically entered when your next order is placed.

Specimen information

All our butterflies, moths or beetles offered are dead, dried and guaranteed quality, not mounted or spread unless it is clearly indicated. All our dried insects offered are legally trade and acquired from farmers or collectors and stored in our MINAGRI authorized facility. The Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego - MINAGRI and its regional units are all responsible for the management and care of the peruvian wildlife and to encourage ecologically healthy practices to ensure especies survival and a renewable resources.

Guarantees

Please note that all material is guaranteed with the exception of antenna or leg damages due to postal shock. Every effort will be taken to avoid postal shock by our carefully packaging. All specimens offered by us have assigned a quality grade as described in our quality chart.

If certain specimens do not answer your expectations, you can contact us within the Buyer Protection Period and after our evaluation we will send you a confirmation email advising as to whether the item will be required to be returned for replacement or credited. This is at our discretion. If possible, we will send you replacements but If there are not stock at our depot we will refund your order.

Terms of Delivery

All specimens are shipped dead, dried, and unset in individual paper envelopes. During the checkout process you can choose how you want to get your products shipped to you. In case you did not provide your correct address during the checkout process, the risk of shipment always will be yours, no matter which shipment option you have chosen, in this case there is not option to be refunded.

Peruvian Protected Insects - Please DO NOT trade with these..¡

We encourage to the enthomology society around the world to do not trade with these peruvian endangered insects that are protected by Peruvian laws.

Sachawild™ is a fair and nature respect e-shop, not only CITES by Peruvian laws too. Please support us with our mission.

Shipping fees

You can choose the shipment service in the checkout process. Serpost is the Peruvian mail service we use to send your package:

Priority mail: The shipment will be sent SERPOST´s Priority Mail Service. Delivery time up to 20 business days. 61 Countries. Certified and traceable.

EMS mail: The shipment will be sent by SERPOST´s Express Mail Service. Delivery time up to 10 business days. Restricted for some countries, currently 47 countries. Certified and traceable.

Shipment times do not include customs process time.

A collection is only a complete collection if you are assured of receiving all the issues. We have many suppliers and we try to buy all new insects, aberration or rarities specimens. So, as soon as we receive new specimens we will send you an email with the new ones arrived via our Newsletter subscriptions.
